2. Data processing: description of the purposes, legal terms and conditions
The collection and processing of the user’s personal data will be performed in the ITP Aero digital platform in accordance with the context and nature thereof and for the following purposes. Please be informed that you will be able to exercise the following rights:
- Handle requests based on the consent of the data subject to receive information regarding the enquiry submitted by filling out the form.
- Provide information about ITP Aero products, including the delivery of commercial communications via email or any equivalent means, following legitimate interest or consent.

Your data may be communicated to companies belonging to the ITP Aero group, which may be located nationally and internationally in application of Article 48 of the GDPR. Please be informed that you will be able to exercise the following rights:

- Right to delete your personal data, where possible;

- Right to the portability of your data, when the legal basis that enables us to process the indicated data is your consent.
These rights may be exercised free of charge by the data subject and, if applicable, by anyone representing them, via written request addressed to dataprivacy@itpaero.com
In addition to the above rights, the data subject shall have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time without such withdrawal of consent affecting the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal of consent. ITP Aero may continue to process the data of the data subject to the extent permitted by the applicable law.
ITP Aero reminds the data subject that they have the right to file a claim with the competent Control Authority of the country in which they are located.
5. Security and guarantees
ITP Aero undertakes to comply with its obligation to maintain the secrecy of personal data and its duty to store them, and it will adopt the necessary measures to avoid their alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations.

The security measures implemented correspond to those foreseen in the National Security Scheme in the field of e-Government and which are described in the documents related to information security at ITP Aero.

Your data may be shared with other companies belonging to ITP Aero, sometimes located outside the European Economic Area, as part of human resources management and business relations within the group based on legitimate interest (Article 19 of the Organic Law on Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights). Outside this scenario, no international transfers will be made.
