In relation to our selection process and when you apply for a job with us, we will process: your identification data, such as name, surname, date of birth, age, gender, nationality, photograph, identity document, among others; your contact information such as your email, postal address and telephone number; employment data, such as your CV, position above, references, among others. This information will be used to consider your suitability and eligibility for employment and our basis of legitimacy will mainly be the execution of pre-contractual measures; In certain countries such as the UK, it is also possible that criminal record certificates may be required to comply with certain laws. For security reasons and to preserve the safety of people, property and facilities, we may process your image through our video surveillance cameras in our facilities, based on this public interest and to comply with our legal obligations. He has 30 years of professional experience, including 2 years at the Institute of Applied Economics of the University of the Basque Country, 12 years as a consultant at PwC and IBM, and 16 years at ITP Aero. At ITP Aero, he initially joined as Head of SAP before progressing to become Head of Management Information Systems and later Head of Processes and Systems.
Currently, as CIO, he leads our corporate technology strategy, overseeing the maintenance and development of information systems, as well as cybersecurity and physical security.

Eva has enjoyed an extensive 25+ year career in aviation holding numerous large-scale global business leadership roles at Pratt & Whitney both in Canada and in the US, where she has been recognized for her capability to transform how businesses operate to boost customer satisfaction and achieve aggressive business objectives. Her unique industry expertise, strategic and commercial experience and international exposure strengthen ITP Aero’s ability to grow globally as a leading Aerospace company.
Eva earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from McGill University and a MBA from Concordia University. Eva has also completed her executive training at Thayer, Insead and Darden University. Eva is a member of IAWA, and an aspiring private pilot.
Manuel holds a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Higher Technical School of Aeronautical Engineering of the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He was awarded the “Francisco Arranz” End of Degree National Prize.
Manuel joined ITP Aero from the very beginning, in 1989. He has held senior positions in the company’s in service support business, including Director of the Ajalvir plant, in Madrid. In 2007, he was appointed Executive Director of Organization and Resources.
Alistair holds a bachelor’s degree in law with European Legal Studies from Durham University, England, and the University of Leuven, Belgium. Alistair has a proven track record of more than 23 years of hands-on experience supporting businesses through critical strategic junctures, rapid growth and transformation including M&A, complex commercial transactions, risk management and compliance. Alistair also brings broad international experience having worked across the globe including living and working in the USA, India, China, Japan, Hong Kong and the UK.
He joined ITP Aero in November 2024. In his role at ITP Aero, Alistair is responsible of strengthening our commitment to legal excellence, ethics, risk management and compliance across all of our business.
Alan holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Wales, bringing more than 36 years of experience and deep aftermarket knowledge. Alan has spent most of his career working for General Electric, leading global teams in aerospace, including commercial engine services, maintenance, repair & overhaul, avionics/electrical power systems and composites manufacturing.
He joined ITP Aero on September 2024. In his new role at ITP Aero, Alan leads the development and execution of ITP Aero’s strategic MRO roadmap, in order to deliver the operational and commercial growth of the company’s maintenance and repair business.
Carlos has developed his professional career in ITP Aero, occupying various positions of responsibility.
In 2007, he was appointed Executive Officer of the Civil Business Unit, a position he held for ten years. In 2017, he assumed the position of General Manager of the Externals business of ITP Aero. He is an Industrial Mechanical Engineer (UPV-EHU).
Between 2018-2023 Carlos was ITP Aero CEO. In November 2023, he was appointed Managing Director, responsible for the areas of Operations, Engineering and Defense.
Pablo is an Industrial Engineer, specialised in Thermomechanics, with a Master’s Degree in Liberal Arts, Science and Humanities.
Pablo joined ITP Aero in 2000, where he has spent the majority of his career to date. He started as an engineer in the Aerodynamics Department and since then he has continued to advance in the organization, taking on greater scope and responsibilities. In 2009, he joined the Strategy and Business Development department.
Between 2016-2023 Pablo was the Director of Strategy ITP Aero CEO. In 2023, he was appointed Executive Director Strategy & Sustainability.
Mikel joined ITP Aero in 1998, where he has held various positions of responsibility in engineering and commercial aviation programmes.
In 2014, he was appointed Business Director of Pratt & Whitney Canada.
He is an Industrial Engineer from University of the Basque Country (UPV-EHU) and a Master of Science (MSc) in Thermal Power from Cranfield University.
Arantza holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Deusto.
Arantza’s career has been closely linked to the area of Human Resources. After participating in different projects, in 1998 she took on the position of Head of Human Resources of the Zamudio facilities. In 2014, she assumed the responsibility of leading the company’s Human Resources department.
Previously, she worked as a consultant at Price Waterhouse Coopers.
Valentin holds a degree in Industrial Mechanics and Industrial Organisation from the University of Mondragón, a Masters in Manufacturing from Cranfield University, a degree in Economics from UPV and an Executive MBA from Deusto Business School.
He joined ITP Aero 23 years ago and has developed his career in the company in various operational positions, both in Externals, Querétaro and, most recently, in Zamudio, where he was Head of Rotatives & Airfoils.
Erlantz holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Higher Technical School of Engineering of Bilbao and a Master in Thermal Power – Gas Turbine Technology from Cranfield University.
Erlantz joined ITP Aero in 2001 where he has served in various positions as Head of Advanced Mechanical Engineering, Head of different Rolls-Royce Trent programs and Head of Desing Integration.
Javier holds a Telecommunications Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and an MBA from Columbia University, NY.
Javier has an extensive background in the financial and corporate world, where he has recently held the positions of Corporate General Manager and CFO at Indra (since 2015). Prior to joining Indra, Javier was CFO of Grupo Prisa.
Previously, Javier worked for 15 years as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse. Javier started his professional career at McKinsey.
In 2022, Javier joins ITP Aero as CFO
Elena holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Turbomachinery from Cranfield University.
She started her career at ITP Aero in 1995 in the Design Engineering department. She then took responsibility for several Trent programmes and, in 2015, became responsible for the entire civil RRSP business with Rolls-Royce. In 2020, she moved to her current role as Supply Chain Director, where she has developed the role with great success.

Juan María Nin Génova holds degrees in economics and law from the University of Deusto and a master’s in Laws and Political Sciences from the London School of Economics.
He maintains regular collaborations with his university as a member of the Board of Governors. He also maintains a relationship with ESADE Business School. He is Vice-President of the Business Circle.
Former Vice-Chairman and CEO of La Caixa, CEO of Banco Sabadell and Managing Director of Banco Santander. He has also been involved in the energy business as a member of the Board of Directors of Cepsa, Repsol and Gas Natural, among other companies.
Today he is a member of the Board of Société Générale de Banque; Chairman of Itínere Infraestructuras, Habitat, Morabanc and ITP Aero; Operating Partner of Corsair Capital; advisor to the Mutualidad General de la Abogacía; member of the EMEA Advisory Board of Service Now; and European member of Metyis.
Since his time as a member of the team of the Minister for Relations with the European Communities (1978-1980), he has been a strong supporter of the European project and, as former President of the Spain-US Council Foundation, an expert on bilateral relations between the two countries. Regular attendee at Bilderberg, IMF and other international fora and author of books and opinion articles on economics and social sciences. Regular commentator in the media and author of the book ‘Por un crecimiento racional’ [In support of rational growth] on the crisis and other publications.
Álvaro joined ITP Aero in 2008 as the Executive Director of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development.
Before joining ITP Aero, Álvaro spent more than 10 years in investment banking at Lehman Brothers.
He holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas de Madrid and is a CFA Charterholder.
