ITP Aero’s “”Feedback Community” has been awarded at the Expansión Innovation in Human Resources Awards. A total of 67 companies have submitted 96 projects to these important awards, which recognise innovation in HR practices, based on three criteria: creativity, results orientation, and also human orientation, a fundamental aspect for people management.
The “Feedback Community” is a set of initiatives aimed at providing employees with spaces to give and receive feedback and to help further promote the culture of high performance at ITP Aero. This involves the transformation of some people development processes, as well as the implementation of new ones:
The company’s Performance Process has been transformed, with the implementation of a continuous feedback model, which has significantly helped leaders and technicians to improve their work.
In addition, the initiative called 360º Feedback has been launched, based on ITP Aero’s leadership model, which consists of a biennial process whereby leaders who wish to do so can request feedback from their colleagues, co-workers and collaborators. 90% of the leaders have taken part in this action in order to find out their strengths and opportunities for improvement.
In addition, the Recognise Awards, which recognise the values of ITP Aero (we act with integrity; we move towards excellence; we innovate for the future and we take care of our people), were held for the first time in 2021, with the aim of recognising colleagues who are good examples of these values in their day-to-day work. In its third edition, participation has reached 904 awards to more than 600 people.
Finally, we have the Engagement Survey; an evaluation that was carried out every 2-3 years with more than 60 questions, and which is now carried out on an annual basis, shorter, and allows the company’s employees to give their opinion on different factors to assess the commitment and their experience working at ITP Aero. Participation has increased to 84% of the global workforce.
This Expansion Award therefore recognises the “Feedback Community” as a project that represents “a successful implementation that contributes positively to the organisation’s performance and the company’s culture”.
