Pratt & Whitney Canada has appointed world leading aircraft engine and components manufacturer ITP Aero a Designated Overhaul Facility (DOF) for the maintenance, repair and overhaul of PW200 engines at ITP Aero’s facilities in Albacete, Spain.

To contribute nearly €1.7 billion to Spanish GDP and to create almost 700 jobs in Spain per year. Main beneficiaries in the Community of Madrid, Basque Country, Castilla la Mancha and Andalusia

The project has funding of 12M€ and forms part of the Spanish Aeronautical Technology Plan managed by CDTI
