ITP Aero obtains AENOR’s ISO 27001 certification for Information Security Management

ITP Aero has obtained the ISO 27001 certification by AENOR, the leading organization in trust generation in Spain, for its management of information security and data protection. This international standard, established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), acknowledges organisations that implement effective information security management systems, meeting the highest standards of data protection and resilience against potential threats.

To achieve this certification, ITP Aero conducted a rigorous evaluation of its processes and security systems, implementing a continuous improvement system based on risk analysis, metrics and indicators, and internal and external audits to strengthen its data protection infrastructure.

Obtaining the ISO 27001 certification represents a critical step in ITP Aero’s strategy to address the challenges of today’s digital environment, enhancing its capacity to safeguard data and operate securely. The certification scope includes the information systems supporting the lifecycle management platform for aeronautical propulsion products in both commercial and defence sectors.
